Training session begins and ends with a ceremony. Instructions must be given by the oldest and high-ranked student. Students must be correctly aligned, if possible lined up in an even number of lines.
When line-up instruction is given (SHUGO), every student must line up correctly and fastly; this way students show their progress in karate.
